We can offer you support and information on a wide range of Nutritional supplements for everyday health, to Body System products which can help to rebuild any areas which need to be strengthened. Each client will also recieve a helpful information leaflet detailing suitable lifestyle changes specifically for you.

We are based in Copthorne, West Sussex which is close to Crawley, Haywards Heath, East Grinstead, Horley & Smallfield. It is also on the border of Surrey and only 5 minutes drive from Gatwick airport .

Reiki & Emotional Freedom Techniques Training Courses

I have been practicing Reiki for 7 years and teach an accredited Reiki course from Level 1, Reiki Level 2 & Reiki Masters taught in small groups of no more than 6. At aRevolution, we provide training to enable you to work on yourself or to practice professionally on other people

Training & Events

Emotional Freedom Techniques is another accredited training course to teach this simple self relaxation, and stress releiving technique to anyone whether you are wanting to use it for yourself or learning to enable you to treatments with clients .

As well as an extensive range of one to one treatments we also offer training courses,workshops or talks on a variety of health, mind & body subjects. We often do them for private or community groups, corporate business or maybe you would like to join one of our classes.
