Emotional Freedom Techniques is another accredited training course to teach this simple self relaxation, and stress releiving technique to anyone whether you are wanting to use it for yourself or learning to enable you to treatments with clients .

As well as an extensive range of one to one treatments we also offer training courses,workshops or talks on a variety of health, mind & body subjects. We often do them for private or community groups, corporate business or maybe you would like to join one of our classes.
